SHIPPING COSTS

The products in stock are usually shipped within 48h after receiving your order.
Shipping costs are included in the price for metropolitan France. Deliveries are made by Colissimo against signature (indicative delivery time: D+2) or by carrier (against signature).

For other destinations, shipping costs are specified before the purchase process is validated. Countries served: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Malta, Norway, Turkey. Livraison effectuée sous 24h par DHL Express : 25€ pour les objets < 2kg, 30€ pour les objets de 2kg à 8kg, 40€ pour les objets > 8kg.

DELIVERIES UNSERVED AREAS

For all deliveries in an unserved area, you can contact us by email at OA@objetsarchitecturaux.com or by phone at + 33 (0) 607040286. We will contact you to specify the shipping terms and the amount of the corresponding costs.

RECEPTION

Before opening your parcel, check if the shipping carton is damaged and take pictures of any damage to the packaging. If, the product is also damaged, it should be specified directly to the deliveryman and contact us by email to OA@objetsarchitecturaux.com or by phone at + 33 (0) 607040286.

RETURNS

You have a legal period of 14 days from the day you receive your order. The goods must be returned to us in a new condition and in its original packaging at the following address:
