On the other hand any natural or legal person making a purchase on the site OA@objetsarchitecturaux.com, hereinafter the customer.

2-Purpose

The present general terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between the company Objets architecturaux and the customer in the context of the sale on line of products offered by the seller.

3-General provisions

The present general Conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made through the website of the company Objets architecturaux. The Seller reserves the possibility to modify the present, at any time by the publication of a new version on its website. The applicable GTC then are those in force on the date of payment of the order. 4-Legal capacity of the Client

is a customer, under the general conditions of sale, any legal person or natural person, aged at least 18 years or having the authorization of the person entitled on the date of the validation of his order. The customer is a consumer or a professional resident in France or abroad. By adjusting its order, the customer acknowledges to have full legal capacity to commit themselves under the general conditions of sale.

5-Price

The prices of the products sold on the Site are indicated in Euro all taxes included (TTC). They are applicable during the order validation by the customer and do not include the participation in the transport costs, charged in addition and indicated on the "summary" page of the basket before the final validation of the order. All-inclusive prices are agreed with VAT (value-added tax) for products delivered in the European Union.

6-Products

The products presented on the Site and their descriptions allow the customer to know their essential characteristics before any order. The products offered are made with natural materials, the shades, aspects, motifs, can vary from one copy to another: this is inherent in the characteristics of the products. Similarly, natural materials may have "flaws": knots in the wood, particular veining in the marble,... This is part of the characteristics and qualities of these materials. Each object is unique and authentic. The illustrations and photographs of the products have no contractual value. The seller undertakes to honor the order within the limits of the stocks of products available or subject to the stocks available at our suppliers. If not, the seller informs the customer.

7-Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated during the order and within the time specified. This delay does not take into account the time to prepare the order. In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer has the possibility to resolve the contract in the terms and conditions defined in article L138 of the consumer Code. 8-Payment

Payment is payable immediately to the order, including for pre-order products. All prices listed are TTC. The total amount of an order is made up of the price of the items and the delivery costs. The customer can make payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. Secure online payment by credit card is made via stripe. A payment by transfer is also possible. 9-Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. Please bring references to this email for any correspondence. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email OA@objetsarchitecturaux.com.

10-Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L121 of the consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days from the receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons, or to pay penalties, to The exception of the return costs. The returns of the products are to be carried out in their original state and complete (packaging, possible accessories, documentation...), in perfect condition of resale, accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. Returned products travel at the customer's expense and risk. Any product that has been damaged, incomplete, absent or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will not be reimbursed or exchanged.

11-Guarantees

The seller assumes two warranties: compliance and related to defects or latent faults.

In accordance with article 211-1 et seq. of the consumer code, the Seller undertakes to issue a product conforming to the order validated by the customer and responds to the defects of conformity existing at the delivery. In accordance with article 1641 and following of the Civil Code, the Client also benefits from the legal guarantee of hidden defects. 12-claims

In case of replacement, the product will be shipped without delay after the seller's notification of acceptance of the claim. In case of reimbursement of the product, reimbursement shall be made within seven working days following the date of notification of acceptance of support.

13-Intellectual property rights 

Trademarks, products, images, videos, texts and more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Objets architecturaux. No assignment of intellectual property rights is made through these GTC. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of such property for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
